Whether you are post-partum, suffer from prolapse or incontinence, or suffer from weak abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, this is a great place to get the help and strength that you need. Come to gain the tools you require to rebuild your strength from the inside out.*note: Post-partum women must be a minimum of 4 weeks post-partum. Babies welcome at certain locations only, please inquire for details.

Pilates Reformer/Equipment Classes
This core strengthening, full-body workout class takes place in small groups of 3 or 4. All types of Pilates equipment are used including the reformer, cadillac, and spine corrector. You will leave this class feeling, stronger, longer, and more energized.*note: If you have never used pilates equipment before, you must take a private session before enrolling in the class.
