Seasonal Wellness

The seasons affect all of us in very different ways. Some people suffer when the spring flowers first bloom, and some people notice mood swings and even depression when the winter months start creeping in. As the weather rebalances itself four times a year, so must our bodies. When we are aligned and balanced with the seasons, we are less likely to catch seasonal illness like cold and flu, or be affected by seasonal allergies.


Acupunture and herbal medicine are great ways to keep your body balanced and healthy so that seasonal changes don't cramp your style. While some patients may benefit from coming in for a checkup every week or so during the peak of their most intense seasonal disorders, other patients will come in once each season just to ensure their body is aligned with the changes and able to stay healthy and balanced.
